The East End Cultural Enrichment Program will provide comprehensive rehabilitative services for Seriously Emotional Disabled African American males, ages 14-18, at risk for more intensive levels of service.

Population Overview

Severe Emotional Disabled African American Male ages 14-18

  • Academically functioning 2-3 years below grade level
  • Poor social economic background
  • Inappropriate medication management and/or self-medication
  • History of Substance Abuse
  • Poor social functioning and outer personal relationships
  • History of incarceration and for in the Judicial System
