Services and Mission
The East End Cultural Enrichment Program will provide comprehensive rehabilitative services for Seriously Emotional Disabled African American males, ages 14-18, at risk for more intensive levels of service.

Population Overview
Severe Emotional Disabled African American Male ages 14-18
- Academically functioning 2-3 years below grade level
- Poor social economic background
- Inappropriate medication management and/or self-medication
- History of Substance Abuse
- Poor social functioning and outer personal relationships
- History of incarceration and for in the Judicial System
